Real-Time Fluorescence Sensors for Precision Agriculture
J. Ayral
FORCE-A
Resulting from 15 years of research, FORCE-A has designed two different kinds of scientific optical sensors:
DUALEX
®
SCIENTIFIC
, a leafclip that measures both chlorophyll and polyphenol concentration in leaves. Measurements are collected in real-time and in a non-destructive way. Two DUALEX
®
SCIENTIFIC versions are available, depending on the kind of polyphenol to be measured, DUALEX
®
SCIENTIFIC measuring leaf chlorophyll and flavonols, either DUALEX
®
SCIENTIFIC measuring leaf chlorophyll and anthocyanins.
MULTIPLEX
®
RESEARCH
, a contact-free sensor that simultaneously and remotely records the concentration of several polyphenols and chlorophyll, into portable or mounted equipments. The polyphenols being quantified by the system are flavonols and anthocyanins. FORCE-A is about to launch a new MULTIPLEX
®
version, the MULTIPLEX
®
330 that measures stilbenes, polyphenols involved in phytopathology. Various setting versions of the MULTIPLEX
®
RESEARCH are available, depending on the sample nature and the applications performed by the device user.
Our commercial offer split into
two markets
:
Scientific devices
designed to the protagonist of academic and industrial Research.
Grapevine and major crop services
designed to the protagonist of Agriculture, being working all the year in the field.
FORCE-A propose various agricultural services related to the two sensor families mentioned above:
Grapevine services: optical quantification of dark grape color, and forecast of grapevine nitrogen status.
Bread wheat services: early protein forecast, and 3rd nitrogen input pilot.
We are able to propose you services for other crops such as fruits and vegetables.
