Education: Obtained Ph.D. at Biological Engineering, University of Missouri, in 2004. Ph.D. topic was “On-the-go Soil Strength Profile Sensor”. Professional Career: Professional career started at Rural Development Administration in 1998, and in 2007, moved to Chungnam National University.
