1. Maturity Grape Indicators Obtained By Means Of Earth Observation TechniquesWine producers often need to buy grapes from growers. A good selection of grapes allows obtaining the desired wine quality. This paper presents a procedure to obtain by means of earth observation techniques indices and parameters used in the Spanish vineyards to monitor the state of the grapes. In this way is possible to monitor the ripeness of the grapes or the best time to harvest in such a way that growers can get the highest quality grapes, while producers of wine can select the most appropriate... 2. AI for Genomic Agriculture — from Sequence to Field ImpactGenomics offers powerful opportunities to enhance crop yield, resilience, and nutritional value, yet the complexity and scale of genomic, transcriptomic, and epigenomic data pose significant challenges for interpretation and application. Artificial intelligence (AI), particularly machine learning and deep learning, provides powerful approaches to decode this complexity and accelerate precision agriculture. I will present AI-based methods developed in my laboratory for annotating plant... C. Chen |
