On Monday 18th September 2023 the ISPA Economics Community will be hosting a special session at the 6th Symposium on Agri-Tech Economics for Sustainable Futures organised by Harper Adams University, UK. The session is being held from 14:00 to 17:00 (UK local time) and focuses on the ‘Economics and Adoption of Precision Agriculture’. The keynote speaker for this hybrid session is Professor Jess Lowenberg-DeBoer (Past President of ISPA) presenting on ‘Lessons Learned in 30 years of Precision Agriculture Research’. The session also has 6 other papers covering topics such as the economics of variable rate management and the economics of autonomous machines in strip cropping and regenerative agriculture.
