Upcoming Deadlines
ISPA Polo Preorder by 1 July
Preorder your ISPA polo as an add on item with your 16th ICPA registration. Polos will be avaiable for pick up at the 16th ICPA registration desk during the conference.

Early Bird Registration Deadline July 3rd
Register for the 16th International Conference on Precision Agriculture by 3 July 2024 to receive the early bird discount.  After 3 July registration prices will increase by $100 at all levels.
Wire Transfer Deadline 3 July 2024
Please complete your wire transfer payments for the 16th ICPA by 3 July 2024.  Registrants who have not completed their transfer by the deadline will be removed from the list of registrants.

As you prepare to travel to Manhattan, Kansas USA this July, please be aware that the Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is a two hour drive from Manhattan, Kansas.  Rental cars and shuttle services are available at the Kansas City International Airport.  PLEASE RESERVE YOUR TRANSPORTATION IN ADVANCE OF YOUR ARRIVAL
 
Manhattan, Kansas has a regional airport, Manhattan Regional Airport (MHK).  The Manhattan Conference Center is a fifteen minute drive from the MHK airport.

ISPA Board Election
Active ISPA members have been invited to participate in the ISPA Board Elections.  The deadline to complete your ballot is 19 July 2024.  Results of the election will be announced at the closing session of the 16th ICPA on Wednesday, 24 July. 
 
The 2024 ISPA Board Election ballot includes candidates for President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and Regional Representatives.  You will be asked to vote for the Regional Representative for your region only.  Your region is determined by the country of residence indicatied on your ISPA membership.

ISPA Economics Community Deputy Leader Election
Members of the ISPA Ecomnomics Community have been invited to participate in the Deputy Leader Election.  The deadline to complete your ballot is 19 July 2024.  Results of the election will be announced during the Precision Agriculture Economics, Profitability, Adoption, and Risk Community Meeting on Tuesday, 23 July.

Poster Awards
The 16th International Conference on Precision Agriculture and the International Symposium on Robotics and Automation will host five Student Poster Awards. 
 
Judging will take place during the Poster Receptions on  Monday and Tuesday evening.  The winners of the International Symposium on Robotics and Automation poster awards will be announce on Monday, 22 July during the reception.  The winners of the remaining four catagories will be announced during the 16th ICPA Closing Session on Wednesday, 24 July.

If you have not done so already, please upload your headshot and bio for the confernce program.
To upload or update your headshot and bio, please login to the ISPA website using the email address associated with your abstract and go to your My Account page. 
 

Oral presentations will be 15 minutes in length. We suggest 13 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for questions. Session chairs will keep sessions on schedule. Please format your presentation to a 16:9 screen ratio.
 
Slidesets used for the presentation may be uploaded through the abstract management system, www.ispag.org/abstracts. Use the green action button next to the abstract, then click Upload paper and choose powerpoint slide deck from the paper type dropdown list.  Please be sure your slide deck is uploaded one week prior to your presentation. 
 
 
Poster presenters are required to bring their printed poster to the conference.  Please make arrangements to have your poster printed before you arrive.  Conference Organizers will not be able to print your poster onsite. 
 
Please note: poster format must be no larger than 44.5 inches high by 44.5 inches wide (1.15 meters by 1.15 meters). Please be sure your posters are designed to fit in this format. Posters may be attached to the boards using pushpins or velcro. Supplies will be available at the conference registration desk. Presenters may begin setting up their poster at 7:30am on the date of their presentation and their poster must be removed following the evening reception. Posters that are left on display past their time will be removed by conference staff.

Jim WilsonCountry Representatives serve to help promote ISPA by championing the ISPA mission and purpose globally, in particular, in the country they represent. ISPA is growing internationally so Country Representatives remain an important position to help ISPA best serve people, groups, governments and others, globally connecting them to science and experts.
